I decided to make this to punish kids who were shooting spitballs in class. This is perfect for hitting people without using saliva. It hurts a little but is revenge for shooting spitballs!

Step 1: Materials

Gather your materials. You will need:
-A pen (I used Bic Comfort Stic)
-A rubberband
-Scotch tape
-Q-Tips
-A kinfe/scissors

Step 2: Disassembly

Take the pen apart and use your sharp object to pop the back part off.

Step 3: Attaching the Rubberband

Cut the rubberband down to size. Now take one piece and attach it to one side of the pen tube. Use tape to go over the parts attached to the pen. (This is hard to explain so just use the pictures as a guide.) You might want to cut notches on the end of the pen tube to better hold down the elastic band.

Step 4: Loading the Shooter

To load the Q-Tip, put it in on the other side and use something to ram it down. (I use the ink cartridge from the pen.) Then when the rubberband begins to stretch, take the Q-Tip on the other side and pull it out. The frther you pull the faster and harder the Q-Tip will shoot but the chances of the rubberband breaking increase. (Obviously, let go to fire.)
