Found these quality wood boards next to a bin. Shame to waste!

Step 1: Assemble Them Together

Use glue first to fix the boards in place, drill nails in to fix permanently.

Step 2: Covered With Artificial Grass

Line the joint inside so this is made of one single piece of grass.
