Introduction: R2, Trash
Como hacer una papelera estilo Star Wars.
Step 1: Planos Y Medidas
lo primero es sacar las dimensiones de la papelera y adaptarlas a las medidas de astro merk que queremos hacer. Las medidas y planos podreis descargarlos de; http://astromech.net/droidwiki/index.php?title=Category:Tutorials
Step 2: Plasmar El Cuerpo Del Astromerk
ahora hay que adaptar el cuerpo del astromerk al de la papelera teniendo cuidado de guardar bien las piezas cortadas. Lo más comodo es con una sierre de calar, y acordandose de marcar las piezas en el cuerpo y la pieza para colocarlas despues correctamente. Cortaremos
Step 3: Las Patas
Sacando un plan como en el Step 1 cortaremos tableros de DM en 3 niveles según los planos bajados de astromech.net y adaptandolos al tamaño de nuestra papelera.
Step 4: Detalles
Luego pondremos los detalles de las patas con madera y tapones de botellas, podemos usar esquineros de plastico para el yeso en los pies y colocar ruedas para que sea mas facil moverlo. todas las piezas vienen como hacerlas en la web de astromech.net . para las piezas curvas he usado tuberias de PVC y para los pies un acetato para la curva interior. Las piezas de decoración de las patas son tuberias de cobre de distintas medidas y algún tapon de parta de dientes cortado. el ojo central de la esfera es un trozao de botella de 2l. de refresco y un marco de madera de DM.
Step 5: Ensamblabado
Necesitareis una segunda papelera para montar la primera cortada y todas las piezas recortads sobre esta, así como las patas de madera.
Step 6: Pintura Final
El ultimo paso sería el pintado de todas las piezas y el cuerpo. Es mejor pintarlo primero con una base de pintura que se compra en cualquier ferretería. luego la pintura al gusto de cada uno, yo me decidi por spray rojo y pintura plastica blanca para el cuerpo. Una recomendación es que pinteis todo por separado y ensambleis despues, y para el ojo central recomiendo pintar el plasstico por dentro para que de sensación de lente.
