Rainbow Lanterns

In this instructable, I will show you how to make a simple and easy rainbow lantern.

What you need:

1 jelly jar

3/4" wide tape

box of water colors

tealight

wire optional

Step 1: Taping the Jar

Tape around the jar leaving a space between the tape.

Step 2: Painting the Jar

Paint the spaces between the tape with the watercolors. Be careful with the paint because it will come off if you rub it. Let the paint dry one day.Then take the tape off and tape the strips with the paint and paint the spaces with no paint.

Step 3: Last Step

Put the tealight into the jar and if you want to you can put some wire around the top to hang it up.
