Resin Tray (easy)

1. Gather your supplies

Supplies

Wooden tray

Resin part A and B

Mixing sticks

Lighter

Poetry book

4x6 Photos (amount is optional)

Measuring cups

Mixing cup

Step 1: Step 1: Burn Edges of Pictures and Poetry Book Pages

Take a Lighter and cautiously go around the edges enough to burn them

Next knock off the edges you no longer want

If desired brown some of the paper like I did by holding the flame to it long enough to slightly burn it

Step 2: Step 2: Make Your Layout

Set the burnt pages and pictures inside the tray how you would like them to lay

Next glue down the pages and the photos to the tray in the way you want them placed

Step 3: Step 3:Make Resin Mixture

For this part I filled the tiny measuring cups that come with the resin mixture about 15 times so each time I was making the part A solution the same amount as the part B solution.

Next you want to mix the two together until you see no more swirls in the resin mixture

After doing this step you want to mix the resin for about another 3 minutes

Step 4: Step 4: Pouring the Resin Into the Tray

When doing this part you want to make sure your resin is completely mixed and ready to pour

Once you know you are ready to pour the resin into your tray you're going to want to pour it as evenly as you can into the tray

After pouring let set and harder for 18 to 24 hours
