Shorts, scissors ,needle and thread is all you need

Step 1: Cutting

Start by cutting the inside of the shorts were your legs go through

Step 2: Sewing

After cutting it should look like this now see down the edges

Step 3: Finishing Touches

See the other side and then turn it in side out to reveal the skirt
