Introduction: Skyr With Coconut Blueberries & Wild Cranberries Recipe



250g skyr

150g coconut rasps

100g blueberries

50g powder sugar

50g wild cranberries

Step 1: Preparation

Mix the coconut and the powder sugar. Fill a bit skyr in a glas bowl and cover it with coconut sugar mix. Give a few wild cranberries on top and a few bleuberries. Make a few more layers like this.

Step 2: Finish

Put the bowl in the fridge for at least an hour and enjoy.
