I build a SpaceX Starship Prototype model from empty aerosol bottle. I build this project because I am a fan of SpaceX and of course Elon Musk. This is my first instructable that's why I think I having a hard time for explaining some steps and I hope I can improve this in my future projects.

Supplies

Empty Aerosol bottle for the body of the Starship. The sized is 6.5cm diameter and 27cmm in height. You can use any aerosol bottle if you do not have the same one I used.
Funnel for nose cone with same diameter with the aerosol bottle.
Used PVC pipe for fins.
Plastic steel epoxy for sticking the parts together.
Spray paint with color chrome 138 to match the metal color of Starship.
Sticker paper for SpaceX and NASA logo

Step 1: Step 1: Preparing the Body of the Ship

Remove the cap of the aerosol bottle. Remove all the paint for the epoxy stick properly. Make sure to remove all excess aerosol on the bottle.

Step 2: Step 2: Prepare the Nose Cone of the Ship

Remove the tip of the funnel as shown in the picture. Fill the small hole with small cone shape material to have a pointed nose cone (I used end cap of a ball pen). Remove also all excess parts of the funnel to have a seamless fit on the top of the aerosol bottle.

Step 3: Step 3: Preparing the Fins

You can buy PVC board or make from used PVC pipe. You can check this link, How To Make PVC Pipe Sheet At Home . Make sure to clean first the PVC board, then print the attached PDF design of fins on sticker paper and put on the PVC board. You can also manually plot the design on the PVC board as per shown dimension. Four (4) rocket fins for the bottom of the ship and two (2) fins for the nose cone of the ship. Proceed with the cutting of the fins. You can use hacksaw blade or any alternative.

Step 4: Step 4: Putting All the Parts Together

Use epoxy to bond the nose cone at top of the aerosol bottle and the four (4) pins at the bottom with equal distance from each other. Then the two (2) fins at the nose cone aligning with the fins at the bottom. Let it dry. Used sand paper to clean all excess epoxy to have a smooth finish.

Step 5: Step 5: Painting

Clean the surface. Apply spray paint 1 foot away from the object. Make 2 to 3 coats.

Step 6: Step 6: Putting the Logo and Other Design

Print the attached PDF for the logo.Cut the four SpaceX logo and put each between the 2 fins at the bottom and the two NASA logo on both sides as shown in the photo.
