Introduction: Spinach Lasagne With Paprika Zucchini Minced Meat & Emmentaler Cheese Recipe
Ingredients:
500g minced meat
500ml cream
300g sinach noodle plates
150g tomatoes
150g emmentaler cheese
100g sour cream
50g tomatoe paste
3 spring onions
1 paprika
1 zucchini
1,5 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon oregano
Step 1: The Filling
Cut the paprika, zucchini, tomatoes & spring onions in pieces. Fry the meat in a pan with a bit oil. When the meat looks good add paprika pieces and stir a few minutes. Scatter salt, pepper, paprika & oregano to it. Add spring onion pieces and stir again. Add the zucchini and mix everything then add the tomatoes. Mix everything and give the tomatoe paste to it. Stir a few minutes and then add cream and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
Step 2: Preparation
Give a few spoons in an oven form and give a bit sour cream on top. Cover it with lasagne noodles. Make a few more layers like this and give emmentaler cheese on top layer.
Step 3: Finish
Put the form in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air for about 20 to 30 minutes. Now grab a portion and enjoy. Look at my other work.
