Take a pen you could take apart with a screw on tip

Step 2:

Take pen apart

Step 3:

Get front tip and stick screw in it

Step 4:

Put propeller on it

Step 5:

Put bolts on it I would use 2

Step 6:

Screw the attachment on the body

Step 7:

And there you got a spinning torpedo
