Stamped Gift Bag

In this tutorial I'm showing you how to make a special gift bag using a sheet of laser cut paper and a few ink pads.

Step 1: Stamping

Take your sheet of laser cut paper, put some white cardstock underneath it and stamp in squares using the mini ink pads.

Step 2: Score&fold

Score your paper on the long side at 3 1/8″ and 8 7/8″, then fold and burnish.

Glue the overlapping flaps.

Step 3: Fold the Base

Score the base of the bag at 1 1/2".

Fold the bottom, open and press flat creating triangle shapes on each side.

Bring the sides towards the middle line making sure they overlap a bit. Glue.

Step 4: Sides

Score the sides at 1/2".

For shaping the sides open the bag and pinch the scored lines creating like a V shape.

Step 5: Handles

For the handles add a bit of ribbon through the existing holes.

Add some tissue paper inside to finish.
