Introduction: Steaks on the Grill

So this is steaks on the grill! Use whatever kind of steak you want!

Supplies

  • grill
  • charcoal
  • lighter fluid
  • sprigs
  • steaks
  • beer
  • seasonings
  • tongs
  • plate

Step 1: Beer Soaked Steak

So we soaked our steaks in some Texas beer. You can soak in a beer you like or not. After taking steaks out of beer pat dry with paper towel. Season to taste with your liking. I use kosher salt, garlic and onion powder.

Step 2: Get the Grill Going With Heat!

So we use a charcoal grill. Place charcoals in a mound . Squeeze some lighter fluid on (read the label) then light ( from safe distance) and wait for the flame to go down.

Step 3: Flames Are Down

So when flames are down you can throw in some sprigs from your garden to give more flavor.

Step 4: Cool and Eat

Cook your steaks to the temp that you like for you and yours. Let cool for about 5 to 8 min then cut in and enjoy!
