Straw Centrifuge Introduction

My name is Varnitha. I am from Project DEFY nook. last week I had pick project from Arvindgupta toys. I did these experiment for fun. Through these documentation I will show you how to make straw centrifuge.

Step 1: Materials Required

Cello tape

Plastic straw

Wooden stick/Bicycle spoke

scissor

Step 2: Poke the Point

Poke pointed stick in the centre of the straw.

Step 3: Insert the Spoke

After make hole insert the cycle spoke or wooden stick in the hole.Make half - cuts at 3 - cm from stick. Both ends of straw can move.

Step 4: Join the Ends

Join slant straws and stick with any tape. straw ends should be open.

Step 5:

Spin stick in water to enjoy the sprinkler.Place centrifuge in a cup of water and spin the stick.Jets of water will stream out of the two straw arms.
