My Light Stand SLS-LS96HA from Tokina was loose in one of the stages.

Step 1: Removed the Broken Stage Lock.

By removing the small screw with an allen tool i realized that the plastic lock was cracked.

Step 2: Made a New Lock of Instamorph

I molded a new lock of instamorph pressing a rectangular piece of warm instamorph in the tripod to made a round face on it.

Cuted a hole in the center with a swissarmy and turned the screw into it to make the thread.

Reinstalled the new lock into place.
