Sturdy Needle for Swiss Army Knife.

I always missed a pin in my pocketknife.

I didn't even know my Victorinox Explorer had a pin room, so i started using a sewing pin.

But i needed something sturdier.

Step 1:

So i took a pet flea comb an extracted one teeth of it.

Step 2: Preparing the Knife

Then i had to prepare the scale to receive the new pin.

Step 3: Finishing the Pin

I'd to cut a little piece of the pin to make it shorter.
As the slot was a little tight i heated the pin and widened the slot.
Then i made a head for the pin with Instamorph. Maybe i'll change the color one day.
