I will show you how to make Sudharshan chakra, this is my first on instructables I made this just for fun.

Materials

Rubber

Thread

Broom Stick

Step 1: Rubber

Take Rubber and cutting it as shown in image.

Step 2: Broom Stick

Take Broom stick then stuck it to the Rubber as shown in image.

Take the thread tie it to the broom Stick as show in the Image.
