You will need
3 egg whites
3 pcs vanilla sugar
300 g hazelnuts
300 g cooking chocolate
3 tbl spoon rum
And more
white chocolate
butter
whole roasted hazelnuts
Roast hazelnuts in the oven, when cool grind them. Grind the chocolate. Mix together egg whites, ground hazelnuts, ground chocolate, rum and vanilla sugar. Make little cylinders, dip everyone in sugar and put them on the plate. Melt white chocolate with butter (I took 100 g chocolate and 50 g butter) and pour over every cylinder. Put the whole hazelnut on top
