Introduction: Tasty & Simple Banana Dessert "Custard"

Ingredients:

1 medium banana 22.5 g rolled oats 57 g fat free Plain Greek yogurt Guar gum (1 pinch) Baking soda (1 pinch) 23 g liquid egg white 6 drops of liquid stevia Butter cooking spray

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375˚F

1. Mash the banana and stir in the rolled oats, guar gum, baking soda, Greek yogurt, liquid stevia, cooking spray, and egg white.

2. Bake in a muffin tray at 375˚F for 30 min and let it rest for 5 to 10 min.
