Teabag Gift Tag Card

With this you have a two-in-one gift tag and card for the next present.

Step 1: What You Need

Here is what you need for this teabag gift tag card:

- a teabag

- a tea filter

- paper

- pencil

- scissor

Step 2: Make a Tea Bag

Open the teabag and fill the tea into the tea filter.

Lay the teabag and the yarn aside.

Make yourself a tea :)

Use the empty tea bag as a pattern and draw a teabag on the sheet of paper. The picture shows how it should look like.

I´ll try and scan it and upload it as a printable.

Now cut out the outlines of the pattern. Do NOT cut it in the middle.

Now you have a rectangle. Fold it in half.

Next you fold the three lines. (One of the half´s is now going to be longer than the other. That is necessary for the last folding step)

The longer end should be behind the shorter end. Fold the open ends along the striped lines. Now fold the corner towards the middle of the teabag.

The paper should now look like a teabag.

Also draw the teabag tag to the paper and cut it out.

Step 3: Unfold It

Now unfold it again.

Next you can write your greetings, congratulations etc.to the inside of the paper.

Now fold it again.

Step 4: Yarn

Take the yarn and knot it to the paper teabag. On the other side knot it to the teabag tag.

Step 5: Decorate the Teabag

The last thing to do is to decorate the teabag.

Now you can attache it to a present.

There you go - a teabag tag card!
