Introduction: Teriyaki Chicken Brown Rice Sushi
My husband hates fish. I love sushi. To solve this problem, I make teriyaki chicken sushi! I use brown rice instead of white so that our meal is a little more healthy and added green onion, shiitake mushrooms, and red peppers.

That's absolutely gorgeous. Would you consider posting a recipe for it in your instructable?

Thank you! The chicken is simply cooked in a store-bought teriyaki sauce (my favorite is Veri Veri Teriyaki by Soy Vay) and coated with extra sauce if desired. I also drizzled the sauce over top. The other elements are simple--raw green onion, mushrooms, and peppers. The brown sushi rice is prepared the same way you would prepare white sushi rice (there are many lovely instructables on that already), but instead of regular rice vinegar and white rice I used brown rice vinegar and brown rice.
