Introduction: Terrarium Central Heater
The main idea is to have a way on how to heat several terrariums with only one centralized source of heat.
Supplies
1. Aquarium thermostat
2. Food container
3. 1/4 Silicone hose
4. Small aquarium water pump
Step 1: Heat Pump Setup
Fill up the container with water and put the aquarium thermostat with inside de container with the temperature set to something in between 30ºC and 35ºC.
Step 2: Water Pump Setup
Attach the silicone hose into the water pump outlet and put the pump inside the water container
Step 3: Silicone Hose Displacement
Run the silicone hose underneath the terrarium that you want to heat, keep one side of the terrariums without heating to give the opportunity to have hot and cool areas. The end of the silicone hose must return to the water container.
Step 4: (Optional) Temperature Control
Optionally you can plug the water pump into a temperature controller so the pump should be turned off when the desired temperature is reached.
