The Raw Eggflip

When I was little I had a book called; MR Mens cookbook, My favorite character was MR. Strong, I made his egg-flip many times ad after losing the book it was hard to fin the recipe.

I am posting the recipe for this great beverage so all can discover, make an ultimately, enjoy it.

The recipe is fairly easy but make sure you read the whole Instructable before continuing!

Step 1: Ingredients:

You will need:

1 egg.

1 cup of milk.

1 tsp sugar.

1/8th tsp vanilla essence.

a stick blender.

A cup.

A jug to blend in.

A basic degree in "kitchening".

Step 2: The Process.

Follow these easy steps to the ultimate . . . . . . BEVERAGE!

1. Put the egg and milk into the jug an blend until frothy.
2. Add sugar and vanilla and blend until all the sugar dissolves.
3. Pour into cup an enjoy!
4. You can add extra sugar if it isn't sweet enough.
