Introduction: Tortellini With Mushrooms and Meat

Hi today i want to share an easy and fast to cook meal.

This instructable is a live saver, when you are hungry.

When mixed together it may be not beautiful enough for instagram, but who cares.

The stomach has no eyes.

You only need a pan, a knive and the following ingridients:

Supplies

20 Minutes of your stomach roaring time

  • 300g Meat
  • oil or butter
  • mint, parsley, basil, pepper, salt
  • (optional Worcester Sauce)
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Garlic
  • tomatoes
  • 100 ml cream
  • 100 ml cheap dry white wine
  • some premade Tortellini

Step 1: How to Fabricate

First heat the pan on high heat and add some butter.

While it is heating cut the meat, garlic, tomatoes, onions and the mushrooms.

Now you can put everything together with some mint in the pan.

Step 2: Tortellini Time

Before you start smelling the garlic burn, switch to medium heat and put in the other ingridients. (When using pork let it cook until meat is medium raw. The next step will cook the meat until well done.)

  • parsley, basil
  • (optional Worcester Sauce)
  • cream/milk (100ml)
  • cheap dry white wine (100ml)
  • Tortellini


Now let it cook until the sauce is getting thicker.

Taste it and add some pepper and salt, better not up to the level of the dead sea, but that is on you. ;)

Step 3: Congratulations

To look civilized put your heated ingriedients on a plate.

    Nice, this looks tasty!

    I'd recommend editing and using the image of your finished dish as your main/cover image in your intro. That tends to attract more eyeballs, and also lead to a higher chance of having your instructable featured ; )

    I had similar thoughts about the cover photo, but in the end I prefered the green pre-cooked look.
