Materials:
-Scissors 
-10FT Green EL Wire + 3V Inverter Kit
-Trick-O-Treat Frankenstein bag
-Clear thread
-Needle
-2x AA Batteries 

Step 1: Step 1

Test the EL Wire to make sure it works. Slip the 2x AA batteries in and press the on button. 

Step 2: Step 2

Place the inverter inside the bag. 

Step 3: Step 3

Apply the EL Wire to the edge of the bag, and start sewing. 

Step 4: Step 4

Once the EL wire is aligned with the entire boarder of the bag, you are complete! 

Step 5: Step 5

Simply turn on your 3V inverter and be seen by all trick-o-treaters!
