Introduction: Tsum Tsum Crafts - Bunny Ears

These bunny ears are the perfect way to get your tsum tsums ready for Easter! They're very easy to make too.

Step 1: Supplies

To make them you'll need:

  • Felt (I used: white, light pink, light purple, & light blue)
  • White pipe cleaners
  • Glitter Mod Podge

Tools

  • Glue
  • Scissors
  • Paint brush
  • Pen

Step 2: Trace & Cut the Large Ears

Using a pen, sketch or trace the shape of the bunny ears on a sheet of white felt. Then, use scissors to cut them out.

Step 3: Trace & Cut the Small Ears

Now do the same but using the other sheets of felt for the insides of the ears.

Step 4: Glue Time!

Apply a small amount of glue to the large ear. Layer the smaller ear on top and press down firmly.

Step 5: Cut the Pipe Cleaners

Cut a tiny piece of the pipe cleaner, about half the length of the bunny ear.

Step 6: Pipe Cleaner Sandwich

Flip one of the ears over and add some glue. Then place the small piece of pipe cleaner on top and press down firmly. Add some more glue and layer another large ear on top. Now you have a pipe cleaner sandwich!

Step 7: Bend & Cut

To create the headband for the tsum, hold one end of the pipe cleaner along the tsum's side and bend it around to the other side. Mark the spot and cut it with scissors.

Step 8: Attach the Ears

Add two dots of glue at the top of the headband. Add the bunny ears in place and press down firmly.

Step 9: Add Some Sparkle!

Now for the finishing touches! Lightly paint some of the glitter Mod Podge on the bunny ears. So much sparkle! Set them aside to let them dry.

Step 10: Bend the Ears

Now to add some character to these bunny ears. Remember that little piece of pipe cleaner that I added to the middle of the bunny ears? Can you guess why I did? Well...the wire inside the pipe cleaner will keep its shape once it's bent. Just fold over the top of the bunny ear and there you have it.

Step 11: Hippity Hop Hooray!

Now your tsum tsums are ready for Easter!
