Introduction: Tuna and Cheese Itty Bitty Kitty Cookies

This time of year puts me in a baking mood. I enjoy baking but don't have much time. So between batches of cookies for my human friends, I decided to come up with a recipe for my kitties.

Only Four Ingredients and this comes together quickly. Humans can eat these too, but don't know if they want the tuna smell and taste of these.

Supplies

3/4 c brown rice flour

2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

1 egg

1 can of tuna, undrained

Oil or parchment for cookie sheet so cookies don't stick Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 1: Mix It Up

In a mixing bowl, mix together the flour and the grated cheese

Add the egg and the entire contents of the tuna can. You can use either oil or water packed tuna, just add the liquid along with the tuna to the flour and mix well to make a dough

Step 2: Forming and Baking the Cookies

Now that you have your dough you can either roll it into little shapes, or roll it flat and use a little cookie cutter to get it into the shape you like. I just rolled mine into little balls

Now place them on a cookie sheet that has been greased or lined with parchment paper.

Cook at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

Let cool before giving to your pets
