Introduction: Turkey Breast With Peppers and Cream Sauce Recipe



500g Turkey breast

500g green peppers

300ml cream

4 medium size onions

a bunch of spring onions

salt & pepper

Step 1: Preparation

Cut the turkey breast and onions in pieces. Remove the stalks and seeds from the peppers. Now fry the turkey in a hot pan and sprinkle salt & pepper to it. Add the onions and stir till the onions are golden then give the spring onions in the pan, stir it a few minutes. Give the peppers to it, sprinkle again salt & pepper to it and fry it a few minutes. Pour the cream over it and let it simmer about 10 minutes.

Step 2: Finish

Stir it till it look right and serv it with rice, patatoes, noodles or else and enjoy.
