Introduction: High Quality Valantine Box With Lid

Perfect for fitting a ring, or money or any jewellery for your loved one. (I learnt this technique with Christmas cards) Remember, if u like it, please vote for the comps it is in.

Step 1: Materials and Tools

Valentine/Christmas/birthday card (must be square)

Pencil

Scissors

Ruler

Step 2: Lines

After separating the two sides of the card, use your ruler and pencil to draw a diagonal line from each corner of each piece of card.

Step 3: Folding

Fold each corner into the middle.

Step 4: More Folding!

For the bottom of the box you need to fold a side almost into the middle, then open that side flat again, then repeat for each other side. And for the top the same, just a little further from the middle.

Step 5: Cutty Cut Cut

On each corner there should be a square made by the folding of the last step. Yes? So now hold the folded card so that the sides of it are horizontal and vertical (not diagonal). Now use the scissors to cut one side the smaller square on the bottom right (sorry if it's confusing). Then turn 90* and repeat until each side has a slit.

Step 6: Almost Done!

If the last step wasn't confusing enough, bear with me!! Hold up the flap on the top of the card and fold the top left small square under the flap you just lifted. Then fold down the flap. And repeat on each side. BTW the last one is generally quite tricky, take care not to rip!

Step 7: Finally!! Finished!!!

Fit both top and bottom together, then add a gift of your choice!
