Introduction: Veg Cutlets

Veg Cutlets is 1 of my favorite snack..
for making them we need

1 carrot, 1 potato, 1/2 cup green peas (and any other ur favorite veggies like beetroot, beans etc)
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp chilli paste/ powder
salt
1-2 tbsp cornflour + 6-7 tbsp water =>  paste
bread crumbs
oil

Step 1:

peel n cut carrot and potato.
take then in a bowl and put green peas in it
sprinkle little water
microwave so as the veggies get cooked
add ginger garlic paste and chilli paste/powder to boiled veggies
add salt to taste
mash the mixture
if the mixture is not having good consistency add some breadcrumbs to the mixture
mix the mixture well

Step 2:

now make patties from the mixture
u may cut the patty in a desired shape using cutlet cutter
then dip the cutlet in a cornflour water mixture (non vegetarian people may use eggs)
then dip it in breadcrumbs and cover it with breadcrumbs
then deep fry
ur cutlets are ready... :)
