Introduction: Watercolor Pumpkins

This is a fun simple craft to do with the family or just for yourself. These cute little pumpkins can be used for all kinds of fall events! It’s simple, fun and creates beautiful little pumpkins. Even better since we are not cutting up the pumpkin it will also help it last longer during the fall season!

Supplies

White pumpkin ( large or small)
Watercolor paints ( I used the crayola set)
Paintbrush
Bucket
And a safe place to work

Step 1: Fill the Bucket

Once your safe place to work is set up we will begin by filling up the bucket with plenty of water.

Step 2: Soak the Pumpkin

Give the pumpkin a good soak, this will allow for the colors to mix together better.

Step 3: Paint the Pumpkin

Now this is the best part! Now you can begin painting and making your pumpkin your watercolor vision. I will note here that you may need to add more than one coat of paint if you use light colors such as yellow.

Step 4: Drying Time

Once you have painted your pumpkin to your hearts content, you should let sit where it can dry for at least 24.

Step 5: Decorate!

Now use your fun festive pumpkin to decorate or whatever it is you want to do! I just hope you enjoying doing this fun little craft
