Introduction: White Cabbage Stew With Meatballs Recipe



1 white cabbage

4 onions

2 eggs

1000g minced meat

2 spoons mustard

250ml cream

100g breadcrumbs

1000ml vegetable broth

salt, pepper & paprika

Step 1: Preparation

Cut the onions and the cabbage. Fry the cabbage in a large roasting pot for about 20 to 25 minutes. Add the onions and stir a few minutes. Give the mustard to it and the vegetable broth. Cover the roaster and let it stew for about 1,5 hours. If necessary add broth and stir. Scatter salt, pepper & paprika to the meat. Give 2 spoons mustard and 2 eggs to it. Add the breadcrumbs and stir it together. Form small meatballs. When the cabbage is soft add salt & pepper and give cream in the roaster.

Step 2: Finish

Place the meatballs and cover the roaster for about 15 minutes. Stir it cover it and let it rest for another 15 to 20 minutes. Now it is time to enjoy.
