Make your own wrist sweatbands out of of worn out socks. These wristbands could help keep you cool or warm; they can be worn in summer and winter, spring and fall. You can even soak them in water and wear them.

Step 1: Get Your Sock(s)

Get your worn out socks that would have been thrown away. You can also use socks that you have lost the pair to it.

Step 2: Scissors

Get your scissors and cut the top part off. You may have a band that is around two inches long.

Step 3: Finishing Up

You may want to trim the edges, sew the edges, or do something else before you start using it. But now you have a wrist sweatband made out of something that might have been thrown away or deemed useless.
