How to Make Sock Mittens!

Great for beginner sewers, because very little sewing is involved! Good for those cold walks in the park. note: thumb is fingerless on the mitten

Step 1: Materials

For this sewing project, you will need:
1 foot of thread
1 needle
2 old tube sock
1 pair of scissors.

Step 2: Prepare the Sock

For this step, take the sock and cut off the elastic part. Now, place the glove on hand and cut the space between thumb and finger

Step 3: The Sewing Part

Place the elastic part on the sock over the mitten. Sew the bottom to the mitten. Now you are ready to make the left handed glove! repeat steps 2 and 3.

Step 4: DONE!

Wear the gloves everywhere!
