This is my improved more powerful and accurate Pen bow, It has a longer barrel and more power behind it.

Step 1: What You Need

What you need for this project is Duct tape-3 Bic pens, a drill with bit, pliers, 2 rubber bands, and a hacksaw...a plain kitchen knife could also be used.

Step 2: Step 1

Lets start by taking the pliers and gripping the tip of one of the pens, twist the shaft part with your other hand and it should pop right out. Now push the ink stick up out of that black piece, we wont be needing the black piece.

Step 3: Step 3

Next, take the Bic pen barrel part and lets drill a hole in the middle of it big enough so that another pen can fit inside of it. Next, lets grab the hacksaw(or knife) and lets cut a slice at each end of the pen barrel (cut it deep enough so that two rubber bands can slide through).

Step 4: Step 4

Now lets grab the other two pens and repeat what we did in step 1, but this time we dont need anything but the barrels(save the pen parts for ammo) Now lets cut the ends off the pen that have the black caps on them, do as straight a cut as possible.

Now put the two uncut ends of the barrels together and duct tape them nice as possible, keeping them together tightly.

Step 5: Step 5

Now lets slide our two piece barrel into the hole of the other pen, you can tape it if its not strong enough as is(recommended) Now from their we can slide our rubber bands into the slots. The bow is now complete. Slide your ink ammo through the hole, pull back , aim and fire at will. This thing is VERY powerful so do not shoot it at anyone, it can kill them.(seriously) A shot to a vien and ink at the tip CAN kill.
