Step 1: Ingredients
1. Vegetable oil (for frying) 100 ml. 2. Warm milk 1 cup 3. Icing sugar (for powder) to taste 4. Yeast (live) 25-30 g 5. Salt 1 tsp. 6. Flour 2-2.5 glasses 7. Sugar 2 tbsp. l 8. Butter 40g 9. Frosting (gelatin 4grm icing sugar 60-70 g water 10ml) 10. Chocolate glaze (chocolate or chocolate paste 40g + cream 20g)
Step 2: Make a Dough
All liquid ingredients are sent to the mixer bowl or to another large container.
Add sugar, pinch of salt, yeast and flour in two steps.
Knead the dough in a combine for 5-8 minutes, starting at a low speed. After adding the butter. The dough should be homogeneous and not stick to your hands. (If you knead the dough with your hands, then first mix all the ingredients with a spoon, then lay them on the table and knead for 15 minutes.)
After that, the dough in the bowl can be covered with cling film and left on the table for 1 hour so that it rises.
At the end of time, roll out the dough to a thickness of 1 cm.
Culinary ring or any round shape, cut circles. Then with a nozzle for a culinary bag or a cork from a bottle we cut out the middle.
Step 5: Fry Donuts
Аfter rolling the donuts, wait 15-30 minutes. Send the donut (s) to the pan or stew-pan with butter and wait until they are browned on one side.
Prepare the glaze soak gelatin and drown it in a water bath. Add powder and dye (optional).

Clarification of the test can be done a lot and freeze just after letting it thaw for an hour, roll out and fry.
