Dr. Pepper-roasted-chocolate-covered Bacon

Hello, i have come upon a recipe for chocolate covered bacon roasted in Dr. pepper. You might of heard of Dr.pepper roasted bacon you might of even heard of chocolate covered bacon but, i have come up with Dr. pepper-roasted bacon covered in chocolate. I thought about this as a joke but, after finding bacon in my frigerator i decided to make it. It tasted good but i wanted other peoples opinions so, i gave some to my dad and my friend who both loved it.

Step 1: Ingredients

Ingredients:

1 Wax Paper
2 Plates
1 Dr. Pepper
1 Spatula
?  Bacon
1 pan
? Meltable Chocolate

Step 2: Cooking the Bacon

You cook the bacon like you would normally cook bacon but, you add Dr. Pepper. You add the soda into the pan with the bacon when it first starts to crackle.

Note: the bacon will NOT be crisp when its done because of the Dr. Pepper. Judge the cooking time buy its color.

Step 3: The Dipping

Right after you take out the bacon put the chocolate into the microwave. Make sure the chocolate is melted evenly then, dip the bacon into the chocolate. I prefer to only put a thin layer of chocolate on the bacon so it doesn't drown out the bacon taste. Let it dry for about 30 minutes on wax paper but, it varies depending on the chocolate you use.

Step 4: Enjoy!

Now you have Dr.pepper roasted bacon cover in chocolate! I would try to tell you what this taste like but, it has nothing to compare it to.

WARNING: After my friend ate this he went throught a short stage of depression. He was always talking about how life was such a huge let down after eating my recipe.
