Drill Dust Stopper

If you ever drill a hole in the wall to hang something, you know the feeling off having dust all over the flour and having to cleaning everting.

On this instructables i show you how to make a small gadget on the budget to avoid making a mess everytime we drill a hole in the wall.

Step 2: Gather the Material

You will need for this project:

- Water Bottle

- Two Bottle Caps

- Rubber Tube our Rubber Gasket

- Two Squares of Patafix

Step 3: Get Started

Cut the neck of the water bottle with knife, and make a hole with a drill on one of the caps, 10mm works great.

On the rubber tube make a cut along the way so you can fit around the edge of the neck of the bottle, you can use a rubber gasket it works as well.

Glue everything up with hot glue, I used black hot glue to match the rubber tube.

Step 4: How It Works

When you place the water bottle against the wall the rubber tube will make a perfect seal so the dust doesn't come out, the transparency of the bottle allows you to see the tip of the drill bit.

To make this gadget handsfree use a the two squares of Patafix to sticked to the wall.

When your done drilling swap the caps with the one without the hole so you don't spill anything.

And the job is done and look you don't have to clean the floor.
