Introduction: Ecological Clean, Homemade, Like Smoked Mackerel

Ingredients:

  • Salt: 2 and a half Table spoons
  • Sugar: 1 Table Spoon
  • Fish: 2-3 cleaned
  • 4-5 bags of black tea(This time I used English black breakfast tea, also before I used Lipton black tea , not important which brand of tea will you use,but It should black tea)
  • Whole black pepper ( 12-15 )
  • Bay Leaves (2-3)
  • Water: 32-40oz.

After 4 days you will have tasty fish

Step 1: Preparing Fish

Take the fish and clean and wash,remove the innards, if you do not have cleaned the fish in the store.

On low heat let them simmer for 5 minutes
