Step 1: French Tip Your Ring Finger
Paint your nails white but make your ring finger a French tip.
Step 2: Nail Tape
After your white coat drys, Use nail tape to make horizontal stripes across the white coat.
Step 3: Blue Coat
Paint blue nail polish over the nail tape.
Step 4: Take Off Tape
Carefully take off the nail tape to reveal your stripes.
Step 5: Add Hearts
With red nail polish paint one or two hearts on your ring finger
