Introduction: Halloween Eyeballs

Super easy to make and VERY scary to eat.

You will need:

White cooking chocolate,

Red and black icing

Smarties or similar sweets

A cake pop mould.

Melt the chocolate in a bowl which is placed over a small saucepan of hot water. Do not let the bowl touch the water underneath or it will spoil the chocolate.

Melt it slowly and stir it up.

With a pastry brush coat the cake pop mould inserts with a layer of the chocolate. Let this cool and then repeat to make a decent layer that will not crumble.

When cool, carefully ease out the eyeball cases. These are your eyes.

Using red icing with a fine nozzle or a pre-bought tube, add some veins to the eyeballs.

Take a some Smarties or coloured, round sweets and secure them to the eyeball with a little icing.

Add the eye pupil by dotting some black icing in the middle of the Smartie and setting it on the eyeball.

Leave them to set.

Serve with a smile!
