Introduction: Headphone and Headset Stand

Step 1) Cut some 3/4"X 2 1/2" oak (or whatever wood you would like) stalk I picked up from a local home center.
Step 2) Cut the pieces at 45° angle at 4" long
Step 3) Glue up the 45s in a "V" like shape as shown in the picture.
Step 4) I rounded over the edges where the headband would sit with a dremel (this can be done with chisel and or sandpaper).
Step 5) Sand the wood smooth.
Step 6) I used a minwax red-oak stain to stain this one.
Step 7) I let the stain dry over night and then applied 3 coats of polyurethane lightly sanding between coats.
Step 8) Enjoy the headphone stand!
