An easy 1 ingredient recipe to make your own dark chocolate chips! They have all of the richness & are indulgent too. Use these in your favorite cookie recipe, or grab few as a snack :)

Ingredients:

Chocolate Compound - 100 gms

Step 1: Method

1. Melt chocolate compoound using double boiler method or microwave with a interval of 20 sec till chocolate melts completely.

2. Cool down melted chocolate a bit till the texture gets little thick.

3. The chocolate should be warm but not hot. Spoon the chocolate in piping bag or plastic bag. Snip through the tip.

4. Pipe small chocolate blobs on a butter paper/ parchment paper or even foil paper. Once done completely, place it in freezer till the chocolate harden completely.

5. Once set all the chocolate chips will very easily remove from the butter paper. Store these in an air tight container in refrigerator. Use these homemade choco chips to prepare your cookies, cakes and more :)
