Introduction: How to Make Slow Cooker Butter Chicken

About: I just enjoy doing crafts and entering contests :)

INGREDIENTS:

- 2 Boneless chicken breasts

-50 gm butter

-1 onion (chopped)

-1 clove garlic (crushed)

-1 tablespoon of each: Chili, turmeric, cumin, ginger and nutmed

-1/2 tablespoon of each: Pepper and salt

-1/2 cup of cream

-2 tablespoons of tomato paste

-1/2 tablespoon garam masala

Step 1: RECIPE:

Slice the chicken breasts into strips, then coat each piece in combined chili, tumeric, nutmeg, ginger, salt, pepper and cumin

Melt the butter in pot, add onion and garlic and cook until soft, add the chicken stirring until golden.

Add tomato paste and garam masala

Stir in the cream, and simmer gently for approx 10 minutes

Put in slow cooker and cook for 6-8 hours

Serve with rice
