Introduction: How to Quit Smoking

Eventually, if you smoke, you'll wish you could quit smoking.  You get tired of not being able to breathe.   This is a sure fire way to quit smoking, and it doesn't cost a whole lot of money.  But, you will need a firm resolve to quit smoking, and a few other things...

Step 1:buy some cigarette rolling tobacco...Bugler, Top, whatever.  Those two brands i just mentioned come with rolling papers which actually burn better than zigzag...zigzags tend to go out frequently, adding to the frustration of trying to quit smoking.
Step 2: buy an equal amount or more of cornsilk...you can buy some online, or at your local healthfood store if they sell herbs.  sometimes you can buy herbs thru your local healthfood store if they don't have some of what you need in stock.
Step 3: Put approximately 1 part of tobacco in the mixing bowl, then add about 1/4 as much of cornsilk and mix it well.
Step 4: put your new mixture in a pouch and roll as needed.  Continue to smoke these exclusively until the mix is depleted.  You by now have diminished your addiction to nicotine by about maybe 25%...my math aint perfect.
Step 5: now that you're out of the first batch, you make a second batch, only this time, you put 1 part of tobacco in the bowl, and then add 1/2 as much of cornsilk.   smoke away until that batch is finished.
Step 6: make a third batch...put 1 part tobacco in the bowl and add 3/4 of that of cornsilk.  it's okay to take it slowly.  I found that by the time i'd diminished the potency of nicotine by this much, i was actually yearning for the tobacco to be gone entirely from the mix.  Anyway you just keep lessening the amount of tobacco and increasing the amount of cornsilk until it's 100% cornsilk.  Then you keep some cornsilk doobies around for panic attacks.  whatever.  This method of smoking cessation operates under the assumption that at least part of the addiction to smoking lies in the urge to burn your throat a little...usually you soothe it up with a hot beverage or some  brew or something...anyway this way you can get off the nicotine pretty easily and still continue burning your throat...i know it sounds crazy..i think it's one of the chakras.  You can look it up.
