Step-by-Step:
Step 1. Create Basic, Loose Waves: Use a curling iron or rollers if you have straight hair.
Step 2: Create Volume: Use a dry shampoo or texturizer to add volume and texture for that rolled in the sheets look.
Step 3: Flip Hair & Spray: Shake your hair and flip it upside down and spray in the texturizing/volumizing product liberally at the roots. Scrunch and rub it in.
Step 4: Work Fingers Through Hair: Work your hair with your fingers to create tousled waves.
