Korean Whipped Coffee

This is the recipe for the viral "tik tok" coffee, or Korean whipped coffee.

Supplies

Ingredients:

2 Tbs instant coffee

2 Tbs sugar - white or brown

2 Tbs

Step 1: Gather Your Ingredients

Step 1 - Gather your ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add the dry ingredients first, and then add 2 Tbs of boiling hot water

Step 2: Mix!

Step 2 - Mix your ingredients together using a hang mixer. You can whip the coffee by hand using a whisk, but it takes quite some time. I recommend using two whisk mixers on your hand mixer for best results. Mix until the mixture has stiff peaks when lifting the mixer.

Step 3: Enjoy!

Step 3 - Pour mixture over ice and your milk or creamer of choice. I recommend almond or oat milk for extra sweetness! Stir and enjoy!
