LED Fidget Spinner

Create a fidget spinner with LED lights. Print the body and lock bars with a 3D printer. Take an LED and place a 3 Volt watch battery between the legs. The longer leg of the LED is positive and should go on top (or the + side) of the battery. Tape each LED legs to the battery with a short piece of conductive tape (copper or aluminum foil) ensure a good connection. Make sure each piece of tape only touches one side of the battery. Don’t wrap the tape around both sides. The LED should light up at this point. Then place the LED and battery in one of the pockets at the end of an arm of the spinner. To make sure the LED and battery don't fly out mid spin, put the locking bar over the top of the opening. Repeat 2 more times. Now spin the fidget spinner and have fun. To add variety, try using different colored LEDs, blinking LEDs or color changing LEDs.
