This week we're running wild with our laser cut twill with some amazing biker patches on our Speedy 300 laser cutting machine! Mimicking the awesome Sons of Anarchy, in this video we will show some great techniques on how to customize your own biker vest!

Step 1: Preparing the Twill

Lay two layers of twill on top of each other inside your laser. In this case we first placed a red twill sheet and then white on top of it. Some twill sheets have adhesive on the back which work better to glue the two sheets together.

Step 2: Kiss Cut

Adjust the settings on your Speedy 300 laser (80w) so that the power is set to 20 and the speed is set at 0.9. Then proceed to engrave the twill.

Step 3: Full Cut

Adjust the settings on your Speedy 300 laser so that the power is set to 70 and the speed is set at 1.0. Make sure you cut through both layers.

Step 4: Sealing the Layers

Remove the cover exposing the print of your fresh new custom made biker patch. To permanently seal the two layers together heat press them for 20 seconds at 350 º F.
