Introduction: Lawn Aerator Wheel

This is a wheel that works as lawn aerator which can be installed on car axles. On each wheel, there are 72 needle pieces each sizing 6cm in width and 7cm in height. When two lawn aerator wheels are installed, 144 aerator holes can be produced on each wheel rotation. More than 10,000,000 aerator holes can be produced in 3 hours at 35 km/hr car driving speed.

Step 1: Prepare Same Parts

To make a lawn aerator wheel u need prepare some thing.

2 old steel wheel frames - 24USD

-Wheel dia ≒14 inch

low-carbon steel pieces - 165USD

-BOARD_B x150 Piece

-BOARD_A x34 Piece

The steel parts need make by laser cutter or Shearing machine.

You can follow the sketch to build. Or find a factory.

Step 2: Welding the Parts Together

Use arc welding to connect the parts and wheel.

Make sure the parts fully connected.

Step 3: Put on Your Wheels and Have Fun!

    I may be wrong, but my understanding is that if you're making holes without actually removing material, you're compacting your lawn instead of aerating it. Similar to those large drums with knobs that they tow across dirt/gravel to compact a roadbed before paving.
