Natural Coke Bottle Trumpet

Inspired by the viral video of the guy playing a coke bottle.

Material:

• 1/2in tube with a length of 8 feet (key of C) or less (E-flat, D,etc.)
• Trumpet mouthpiece (I 3d printed mine)
• Funnel
• 2 litter bottle of coke or other beverage
• Electrical or duct tape
• Paint

Tools:

• X-ACTO knife
• Paint brush
• Sharpie

Step 1: Cut Open the 2 Liter Bottle

Cut at the crease of the bottle with an x-acto knife.

Step 2: Paint the Inside of Bottle

Use the brush and color of chose for paint. Just paint the inside not the outside. Then wait for it to dry.

Step 3: Take the Tube and Put It in the Nozzle

After getting the tube through the nozzle, take the mouthpiece and put it in the tube. Tape it to the tube (if willing to) then tape mouthpiece to the nozzle. Try your best to get all the tubing inside the bottle. With the other end of tubing, tape it to the funnel.

Step 4: Cutting the Funnel and Adding the Bottom Piece

Use a sharpie to mark where to cut the funnel. Then use scissors to cut the excess. Tape the funnel and coke bottom. Take the end and cut pieces of the bottom. Then try to pack the rest of the bottle into the bottle, then tape.
